Bubbling pots of spice, a wheel of delicate-yet-bold dishes and an endless fog of dry ice clouds cascading across the restaurant can only mean one thing: dinner at Trèsind.
This exceptional gastronomic giant has taken the crown of Time Out Dubai’s Best Indian twice since opening, and although it didn’t make it a treble, it’s still one of the top Indian restaurants in the city.
The dining experience here, and yes for once a restaurant is right when it calls its service an “experience”, is tremendous. Staff are knowledgeable, well-versed and attentive, while the food is almost surreal. The dining room is dark, stylish and contemporary, but doesn’t feel stuffy and pretentious. However, don’t expect to be dining in a packed setting if you’re not eating on a weekend.
